How to Fill NEET UG 2026 Application Form

Step 1 – Registration

Candidates first created an account on the official NEET website using the required personal details, mobile number and email address.

Step 2 – Complete Personal Details

Candidates entered information such as:

Candidate's name

Date of birth

Gender

Nationality

Category

Parent/guardian details

Contact details

Step 3 – Academic Details

Candidates provided information relating to their qualifying examination, including Class 10 and Class 12/qualifying examination details and subjects studied.

Step 4 – Examination Details

Candidates selected the applicable examination-related preferences, including examination language and other details required by the application portal.

Step 5 – Upload Documents

Candidates uploaded the photograph, signature and other documents/certificates wherever applicable according to the specifications prescribed by NTA.

Step 6 – Pay Application Fee

The applicable examination fee was paid through the online payment options provided by NTA.

Step 7 – Final Submission

Candidates reviewed the complete application carefully before final submission and downloaded the confirmation page for future reference.

Important: The NEET UG 2026 application window is now closed. Candidates should not rely on old application instructions for a future NEET cycle because NTA can modify the application procedure, documents and fee structure from year to year.
