NEET MDS 2026 – National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Master of Dental Surgery

NEET MDS (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Master of Dental Surgery) is the national-level entrance examination for admission to MDS courses in India. It is conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS).

For the 2026 admission session, NEET MDS was conducted on 2 May 2026 in computer-based mode. The result was declared on 2 June 2026, and the qualifying cut-off scores were also notified by NBEMS.

NEET MDS is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various MDS courses. The examination covers 50% All India Quota MDS seats, state quota seats, private dental colleges/institutions/universities and Armed Forces Medical Services institutions, subject to the applicable admission rules.

For the 2026 session, AIIMS New Delhi was excluded from admission through NEET MDS, as specified in the NBEMS Information Bulletin.
