INI-CET Application Form

The INI-CET January 2027 application process is conducted online through the AIIMS Examination Portal.

Registration for the January 2027 session started on 16 September 2026, and the last date for online registration is 13 October 2026 at 5:00 PM.

How to Apply for INI-CET 2027

Candidates can generally complete the application process through the following steps:

1. Visit the official AIIMS Examination Portal.
2. Open the INI-CET January 2027 registration/application section.
3. Complete the required registration/basic candidate information.
4. Enter personal and academic details.
5. Select the applicable course/category information.
6. Upload the required photograph, signature and other documents in the prescribed format.
7. Upload applicable category certificates such as SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD or OCI documents, wherever required.
8. Pay the prescribed application fee.
9. Submit the application form.
10. Save and print the completed application/registration details for future reference.

Candidates should check all information carefully before final submission because corrections after the permitted period may not be allowed.

Eligibility

For the medical programmes, candidates generally need to possess an MBBS degree from a recognised institution, along with the required internship and registration requirements prescribed in the INI-CET prospectus.

For MDS, the applicable qualification is a recognised BDS degree and the relevant registration/internship requirements.

The exact eligibility conditions can vary according to the programme, category and institute, so candidates should check the applicable Part-A/Part-B prospectus before applying. The AIIMS prospectuses describe INI-CET as the common entrance examination for postgraduate courses at the participating INIs.

Application Fee

The application fee is prescribed by AIIMS in the relevant session prospectus. Candidates should verify the applicable fee and exemptions from the January 2027 prospectus before making payment.
