ITM Skills University offers a total of 180 seats in its MCA programme that runs over 2 years. There are 60 seats available in each of the three specialisations that the institute provides.

ITM Skills University conducts an internal assessment process for admission in its programmes like MCA. This includes CTO/CEO challenge along with personal interview. CTO/CEO challenge is a 60-90 minute online computer-based test with MCQs that tests aptitude, decision-making and situational judgement.

ITM Skills University provides scholarships to students on the basis of performance of the candidates in CEO/CTO Challenge and Personal Interview that are conducted by the institute. ITM Skills University scholarships are offered as upto 50% concession on the tuition fee.

The total ITM Skills University MCA fee may include many components. Students must contact the institute for exact tuition fee. An application fee of INR 1500 has to be paid for filling the form. The hostel fee for non-AC accomodation is INR 1.20 Lacs per annum and for AC accomodation, it is INR 1.45 Lacs per year.
